1. About The Tone Temple

The Tone Temple is a holistic sound and wellness business offering:

• sound baths and sound therapy

• breathwork, ceremonies, and group wellness events

• one-to-one energy healing sessions

• crystal singing bowls and related instruments for sale

All offerings are intended to support wellbeing and relaxation and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

2. Eligibility & Participation

By booking or attending any Tone Temple offering, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old (or have written parental consent where applicable)

• you understand that participation is voluntary

• you take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing

If you have a medical condition, mental health diagnosis, or are pregnant, you must consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating and inform us where relevant.

3. Health Disclaimer

​

All Tone Temple offerings are complementary and holistic in nature.

​

They are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or disease.

​

You acknowledge that:

​

• sound healing, breathwork, cacao, and energy work may involve physical sensations or emotional responses

• results vary between individuals

• you participate at your own discretion and responsibility

If at any point you feel discomfort, dizziness, emotional overwhelm, or distress, you are encouraged to stop and seek support.

4. Breath work & Sound Healing Specific Terms

​

Certain practices, including breath work, gong baths, and sound healing, may not be suitable for everyone.

​

You should not participate without medical approval if you have, or have had:

​

• heart conditions

• epilepsy or seizures

• severe mental health conditions

• glaucoma

• high or low blood pressure

• recent surgery

• pregnancy (first trimester)

By attending, you confirm that you have assessed your own suitability and accept full responsibility for your participation.

5. Cacao & Herbal Infusions

​

Ceremonial cacao and herbal infusions are offered in a supportive, optional manner.

​

You acknowledge that:

​

• cacao contains natural stimulants

• you are responsible for informing us of allergies or sensitivities

• you may opt out or request a smaller serving at any time

​

The Tone Temple accepts no liability for adverse reactions.

6. Booking, Payment & Pricing

​

• All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated

• Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice

The Tone Temple reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.

​

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

​

Our 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all sessions, events, and ceremonies.

​

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or transfer

• Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable

• No-shows are non-refundable

​

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a discretionary transfer, but this is not guaranteed.

​

8. Events & Facilitator Changes

​

The Tone Temple reserves the right to:

​

• change facilitators

• modify event content

• reschedule or cancel events if necessary

​

If an event is cancelled by us, you will be offered a refund or transfer.

​

We are not liable for costs incurred such as travel, accommodation, or loss of earnings.

​

9. Physical Products (Crystal Bowls & Instruments)

​

All physical products are sold with care and quality control.

​

You acknowledge that:

​

• crystal instruments are fragile and must be handled responsibly

• sound and appearance may vary naturally

• wear, misuse, or accidental damage is not covered

Returns and refunds for physical goods are subject to UK consumer law and individual product policies stated at the point of purchase.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

​

• The Tone Temple shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation

• This includes physical, emotional, or psychological effects

• Participation is entirely at your own risk

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where prohibited by law.

11. Personal Belongings

​

The Tone Temple is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought into the space.

12. Photography & Media

​

Occasionally, photography or video may be taken for promotional purposes.

• You will be informed where applicable

• You may opt out at any time

• No identifying images will be shared without consent

13. Code of Conduct

We ask all participants to:

• respect the space and others

• honour confidentiality

• engage with kindness and awareness

Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal without refund.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where legally required.

15. Intellectual Property

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
