Our Story
The Tone Temple was born from a simple belief: that healing begins when we create space to truly listen.
In a world that moves ever faster, we long for places that invite us to slow down. To breathe. To return to ourselves. Whether through movement, stillness, sound or community, these moments of presence have the power to gently restore what modern life so often asks us to forget.
My own journey began through yoga and meditation, before discovering the profound world of crystal singing bowls. Sound became far more than something to hear; it became something to experience. A way of regulating the nervous system, cultivating deep presence, and reconnecting with the quiet wisdom that already exists within us.
Today it exists as a sanctuary devoted to yoga, sound, ceremony and conscious community. A place where people can move, rest, breathe, meditate, gather and simply be. Alongside our daily classes and signature sound experiences, we offer seasonal ceremonies, retreats, trainings and one-to-one sessions - each rooted in the same intention: creating spaces that bring us back into coherence, connection and presence.
Running alongside the studio is our carefully curated collection of crystal singing bowls and sacred instruments.
The idea for our retail collection came from my own search for instruments that combined exceptional resonance with accessibility. After working with crystal bowls for many years as both a practitioner and teacher, I wanted to create a collection that reflected the quality, beauty and integrity I had been searching for, while remaining attainable for those beginning their own journey with sound.
Today, the studio and the instruments exist in harmony.
The bowls are not simply products displayed on shelves. They are the very instruments that fill our classes, ceremonies and trainings with sound each day. Likewise, every experience held within the Temple informs the way we choose, develop and share our instruments.
Whether you join us for a morning yoga practice, a restorative sound bath, a women's circle, a training, or to find the crystal bowl that resonates with you, our intention is always the same:
To create a sanctuary where beauty, presence, slowness and authentic human connection are remembered, one breath, one note and one gathering at a time.
