Refund Policy

At The Tone Temple, all sessions, ceremonies, and events are prepared with care and limited capacity. When you book, a space is held especially for you.
 

Cancellations
 

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start time of your session or event are eligible for a full refund, or you may choose to transfer your booking to a future date (subject to availability).

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
   

Transfers
 

• Transfers are possible with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

• Transfer requests made within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed.
   

Non-attendance
 

• If you do not attend without prior notice, this is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
   

Exceptional circumstances
 

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds within 48 hours are not guaranteed, we will always approach situations with compassion and fairness where we can.
 

Why this policy exists
 

The Tone Temple is a small, intimate space. Late cancellations often mean a space cannot be filled and preparation has already taken place. This policy helps protect the sustainability of the Temple and ensures we can continue offering well-held experiences.

Crystal Bowl Sales – Refunds & Responsibility

Due to the fragile nature of crystal singing bowls, all crystal bowl sales are final.

​

Once a bowl has been received, collected, or chosen, it becomes the full responsibility of the purchaser. Crystal bowls are delicate instruments and can break or crack if dropped, knocked, or handled incorrectly.

Damaged on arrival

If a bowl arrives damaged in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of:

• the damage

• the packaging

• the shipping box

​

Claims made outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Where damage in transit is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

No refunds for change of mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• change of mind

• sound preference after purchase

• aesthetic preference

• damage occurring after receipt
