A movement journey through the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether.
Sambaddha is an invitation to step out of the thinking mind and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. Through shaking, breath, sound, guided movement, free expression, gentle opening and deep rest, we explore the different qualities held within each element and within the body.
Earth invites us to slow down, feel grounded and arrive fully in the body. Water encourages softness, flow and emotional release. Fire awakens energy, confidence and life force. Air creates space around the heart and breath. Ether brings us into stillness, spaciousness and rest.
