REIKI SOUND BATH

TEMPLE OF THE HEART 🤎

Step into the warmth of the temple for a soft, candlelit evening devoted to rest, connection and the quiet wisdom of the heart.

Rooted in the rhythms of the seasons, this offering is our monthly space to slow down and be nourished. We gather amongst blankets, cushions and flickering candlelight, making time to tend to ourselves with gentleness.

We begin in circle with warm ceremonial cacao, taking a moment to arrive, ground and set an intention. You’ll then be invited to nestle into your blankets and receive a restorative journey of crystal singing bowls, voice and gentle, hands-on energy healing.

Each gathering follows the changing season, weaving earthy ritual with a restorative approach to healing.

There is space for stillness, feeling, and the comfort of being together without needing to find the words.
