Service Description
Our signature Cacao ceremony is a gentle, earth-held ceremony devoted to presence, connection, and the quiet wisdom of the heart. Rooted in simplicity and reverence, this gathering invites you to slow down, soften, and return to what is essential. We gather in circle, drink warm ceremonial cacao, and are guided inward through intention, sound, silence, and rest. Throughout the ceremony, participants will also receive channelled energy healing, offered with care and consent. There is no pressure to share or perform. This is a space to arrive exactly as you are. The medicine of Cacao: Cacao is an ancient plant ally, traditionally honoured as a heart medicine. It works subtly, supporting circulation, embodied presence, and emotional openness without force. Rather than creating an experience, cacao gently amplifies what is already present, inviting honesty and tenderness. At The Tone Temple, Cacao is offered in a mindful, supportive dose, designed to nourish rather than overwhelm. Combined with sound and energy healing, it creates a calm, coherent field where the nervous system can settle and the heart can be felt. What to expect: Temple of the Heart unfolds slowly. You may experience warmth, emotional softening, clarity, or deep rest. Some feel subtle shifts through the body during energy healing; others simply feel deeply cared for. All experiences are welcome. Contraindications: Ceremonial cacao may not be suitable if you... -take MAOIs or certain antidepressants -have a serious heart condition -are highly sensitive to stimulants -are pregnant or breastfeeding -have low blood pressure You are welcome to opt for a smaller serving or no Cacao at all, just let us know! What to bring: All mats, blankets, cushions, and eye pillows are provided. You may wish to bring: -water -a journal and pen -a small personal item for the altar (optional) -warm, comfortable clothing Our Cacao ceremony is an invitation to rest in warmth and presence, and to remember that the heart does not need to be opened, only listened to. 🌿💗

Cancellation Policy
At The Tone Temple, each session, ceremony, and gathering is prepared with care, intention, and limited capacity. When you book a place, that space is held especially for you. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start time of an event or session are eligible for a full refund, or you may choose to transfer your booking to a future date (subject to availability). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. This includes group ceremonies, sound baths, moon circles, cacao ceremonies, and one-to-one sessions. Transfers: If you are unable to attend and give at least 48 hours’ notice, your booking may be transferred to another Tone Temple offering of equal value, where possible. Transfers requested within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed. Non-attendance: If you do not attend an event or session without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds within 48 hours are not guaranteed, we will always approach situations with compassion and fairness where we can. Why this policy exists: The Tone Temple is a small, intimate space with limited places available. Late cancellations often mean a space cannot be filled, and energy, preparation, and resources have already been committed. This policy helps ensure the sustainability of the Temple and allows us to continue offering well-held, high-quality experiences. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
