Service Description
A beautiful balance of movement and stillness, Flow & Restore invites you to awaken the body before gently guiding it into deep rest. Beginning with a breath-centred, embodied yoga flow, you'll build warmth, improve mobility and reconnect with your body through mindful movement. As the practice unfolds, the pace gradually softens, allowing you to transition into restorative yoga, where supported postures invite the nervous system to slow, the breath to deepen, and the body to fully receive rest. This class is designed to leave you feeling both energised and deeply nourished - creating space to release physical tension, quiet a busy mind and restore balance from within. Suitable for all levels, with plenty of options to support your individual practice. At The Tone Temple, we believe every teacher carries their own unique medicine. While each Flow & Restore class follows the same gentle journey from movement into rest, every practitioner brings their own experience, energy and way of holding space. We encourage you to explore different classes and discover the teacher whose guidance resonates most deeply with you. There is no right way to practise - only the way that allows you to feel more connected to yourself. Leave feeling lighter, softer and deeply replenished, carrying a sense of ease into the rest of your day.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy We completely understand that plans change. To keep our classes fair and accessible to everyone within our membership, particularly where spaces are limited, we kindly ask that you cancel your booking as early as possible if you can no longer attend. - 4-Hour Cancellation Window Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to **4 hours before the scheduled start time**. If you cancel more than 4 hours before your class, your class credit will be returned to your account to use another time. Cancellations made **within 4 hours of the class start time** will be considered a **late cancellation** and the class credit will be forfeited. - No-Shows If you do not attend a booked class and have not cancelled beforehand, this will be considered a **no-show** and the class credit will be forfeited. For members on an **unlimited membership**, repeated late cancellations or no-shows will result in £5 fee and/or temporary restriction on advance bookings. This helps us make sure spaces remain available for those who would like to attend. - Why We Have This Policy Our classes have limited spaces and often have people waiting to join. Cancelling with plenty of notice gives someone else the opportunity to take your place and helps us support our teachers fairly. We know that genuine emergencies happen, so if something exceptional comes up, please get in touch with us. We’ll always approach these situations with kindness and common sense.
