Service Description
Move, breathe, soften... then simply receive. Flow & Sound begins with a breath-centred, embodied yoga flow designed to awaken the body, release tension and cultivate presence through mindful movement. As your practice gently comes to a close, you'll settle into an extended, deeply restful savasana, where the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, soothing instruments and sound wash over you. This beautiful combination allows the body to prepare for rest before the mind has a chance to catch up, helping you settle into a deeper state of relaxation and nervous system restoration. The resonance of the crystal bowls invites you to simply let go - creating space for stillness, integration and inner calm. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with yourself, balancing movement with deep rest and sound. At The Tone Temple, we believe every teacher carries their own unique medicine. While each Flow & Sound class shares the same intention of guiding you from mindful movement into deep relaxation, every practitioner brings their own experience, energy and style of teaching. Likewise, each sound healer brings their own unique instruments, frequencies and way of weaving sound. We encourage you to explore different classes and discover the teachers and facilitators whose guidance resonates most deeply with you. There is no single path - only the one that helps you feel most at home within yourself. Leave feeling grounded, restored and gently recalibrated, carrying the resonance of your practice long after the final note has faded.

Cancellation Policy
At The Tone Temple, each session, ceremony, and gathering is prepared with care, intention, and limited capacity. When you book a place, that space is held especially for you. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start time of an event or session are eligible for a full refund, or you may choose to transfer your booking to a future date (subject to availability). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. This includes group ceremonies, sound baths, moon circles, cacao ceremonies, and one-to-one sessions. Transfers: If you are unable to attend and give at least 48 hours’ notice, your booking may be transferred to another Tone Temple offering of equal value, where possible. Transfers requested within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed. Non-attendance: If you do not attend an event or session without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds within 48 hours are not guaranteed, we will always approach situations with compassion and fairness where we can. Why this policy exists: The Tone Temple is a small, intimate space with limited places available. Late cancellations often mean a space cannot be filled, and energy, preparation, and resources have already been committed. This policy helps ensure the sustainability of the Temple and allows us to continue offering well-held, high-quality experiences. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
