Private Ceremonies & Life Celebrations A thoughtfully held space to honour life’s significant moments, from joyful celebrations and new beginnings to loss, remembrance, and personal change. Our bespoke private ceremonies offer a meaningful way to acknowledge the transitions that shape us. From first menstruation to menopause, pregnancy and motherhood, marriage and separation, each ceremony creates time to pause, reflect, and mark an occasion with care and intention. Our beautiful, intimate ceremony space welcomes **up to 12 people in total**. You are welcome to attend alone or gather a close circle of loved ones to share in your experience, offering their presence, connection, and support. Every ceremony is individually designed around your story, preferences, and intentions. We begin with a conversation, taking time to understand what you wish to acknowledge, celebrate, release, or welcome into your life. From there, we shape an experience that feels personal and appropriate to the occasion. **Create your ceremony** You may choose to include a combination of the following, with guidance on suitability for you and your guests: - Sound healing - Energy healing - Light therapy - Crystal healing - Shamanic drumming and journeying - Yoga or other movement practices - Cacao ceremony or other plant medicines, discussed individually - A gently held sharing space and guided reflections - Group enquiries, exploring shared themes and intentions Symbolic rituals, readings, and contributions from loved ones can also form part of your ceremony. Spiritual elements such as prayer or anointing may be included where they reflect your beliefs and preferences. With blankets, cushions, and soft lighting, the setting invites you to settle in and feel at ease. There is no prescribed way to take part. Your ceremony may be quiet and reflective, warm and celebratory, or a gentle combination of both. Throughout, you will be met with sensitive guidance and thoughtful attention to detail. At its heart, each ceremony offers space to honour what has been, acknowledge where you are, and welcome what comes next. Whether you are marking a personal milestone or bringing loved ones together for a shared celebration, The Tone Temple offers a welcoming setting for an occasion that is distinctly yours.
Cancellation Policy
At The Tone Temple, each session, ceremony, and gathering is prepared with care, intention, and limited capacity. When you book a place, that space is held especially for you. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start time of an event or session are eligible for a full refund, or you may choose to transfer your booking to a future date (subject to availability). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. This includes group ceremonies, sound baths, moon circles, cacao ceremonies, and one-to-one sessions. Transfers: If you are unable to attend and give at least 48 hours’ notice, your booking may be transferred to another Tone Temple offering of equal value, where possible. Transfers requested within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed. Non-attendance: If you do not attend an event or session without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds within 48 hours are not guaranteed, we will always approach situations with compassion and fairness where we can. Why this policy exists: The Tone Temple is a small, intimate space with limited places available. Late cancellations often mean a space cannot be filled, and energy, preparation, and resources have already been committed. This policy helps ensure the sustainability of the Temple and allows us to continue offering well-held, high-quality experiences. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
