Service Description
Private Sound Bath & Psychedelic Light Therapy A bespoke experience combining immersive sound and pulsing light, designed to create space for deep relaxation, reflection, and personal connection. We begin with a brief conversation to explore your intentions, whether you are seeking rest, clarity, or simply time away from everyday demands. Your session is then thoughtfully tailored around you. Settled comfortably with blankets and cushions, you are invited to close your eyes and relax into the experience. During the light immersion, you will wear a Lumenate Nova eyemask, which delivers pulses of light through closed eyelids in a calming, rhythmic manner. This can create vivid colours, patterns, and an immersive inner experience. The term “psychedelic” describes these potential visual and sensory effects; no psychedelic substances are involved. Crystal singing bowls, voice, and carefully selected crystal instruments create a rich and enveloping soundscape, accompanying the light immersion throughout your session. Experiences vary: you may notice shifting imagery, moments of insight, or a sense of stillness and rest. There is no particular outcome to achieve - simply an invitation to pause and explore your own experience within an attentive, supportive setting. The session concludes with quiet integration, allowing time to rest, reflect, and gently return your attention to your surroundings. Every session is delivered with care and personal attention, creating a considered space for you to reconnect and recharge. *Suitability* The Lumenate Nova mask uses pulsing light and may not be suitable for everyone. This experience is not recommended for guests with a history of photosensitive epilepsy, seizures, or light-triggered migraines. If you are unsure whether it is suitable for you, please consult a medical professional before booking. For up to four people.
Cancellation Policy
At The Tone Temple, each session, ceremony, and gathering is prepared with care, intention, and limited capacity. When you book a place, that space is held especially for you. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start time of an event or session are eligible for a full refund, or you may choose to transfer your booking to a future date (subject to availability). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. This includes group ceremonies, sound baths, moon circles, cacao ceremonies, and one-to-one sessions. Transfers: If you are unable to attend and give at least 48 hours’ notice, your booking may be transferred to another Tone Temple offering of equal value, where possible. Transfers requested within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed. Non-attendance: If you do not attend an event or session without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds within 48 hours are not guaranteed, we will always approach situations with compassion and fairness where we can. Why this policy exists: The Tone Temple is a small, intimate space with limited places available. Late cancellations often mean a space cannot be filled, and energy, preparation, and resources have already been committed. This policy helps ensure the sustainability of the Temple and allows us to continue offering well-held, high-quality experiences. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
