Service Description
This intimate 90-minute experience offers a deeply nourishing journey into rest through a fusion of restorative yoga and immersive sound healing. Available as a private 1:1 or shared 2:1 session, this offering is designed to support those longing to slow down, soften and return home to themselves. Using supportive props, blankets and gentle, long-held postures, restorative yoga invites the body into profound ease. There is no striving here. No pushing or performing. Simply an opportunity to be held. As the body settles and the nervous system begins to unwind, sacred sound is woven throughout the experience — crystalline tones, soothing frequencies, voice and vibration creating a cocoon of resonance around you. Sound works in partnership with stillness, helping guide the body toward deeper states of rest, regulation and release. This practice gently supports the body in shifting from doing into being — creating space for the breath to soften, the mind to quieten and the body’s innate healing intelligence to emerge. Ideal for those feeling overwhelmed, emotionally full, burnt out, depleted or simply longing for a pause from the pace of everyday life. A ritual of restoration. Cancellation Policy
At The Tone Temple, each session, ceremony, and gathering is prepared with care, intention, and limited capacity. When you book a place, that space is held especially for you. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start time of an event or session are eligible for a full refund, or you may choose to transfer your booking to a future date (subject to availability). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. This includes group ceremonies, sound baths, moon circles, cacao ceremonies, and one-to-one sessions. Transfers: If you are unable to attend and give at least 48 hours’ notice, your booking may be transferred to another Tone Temple offering of equal value, where possible. Transfers requested within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed. Non-attendance: If you do not attend an event or session without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds within 48 hours are not guaranteed, we will always approach situations with compassion and fairness where we can. Why this policy exists: The Tone Temple is a small, intimate space with limited places available. Late cancellations often mean a space cannot be filled, and energy, preparation, and resources have already been committed. This policy helps ensure the sustainability of the Temple and allows us to continue offering well-held, high-quality experiences. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
