Service Description
An invitation to slow down, soften and simply be. Restore & Sound is a deeply nourishing practice that combines the gentle stillness of restorative yoga with the healing resonance of crystal bowl sound therapy. Supported by bolsters, blankets and props, you'll be guided into restful postures that encourage the body to completely relax, releasing tension without effort and allowing the nervous system to settle into a state of deep restoration. As the practice draws to a close, you'll sink into an extended savasana while crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments create an immersive soundscape. The vibrations gently wash through the body, inviting profound relaxation, integration and a sense of inner peace. Perfect for all levels, this class is especially beneficial if you're feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, stressed or simply in need of a little extra care. It offers a sanctuary to pause, replenish and reconnect with yourself. At The Tone Temple, we believe every teacher carries their own unique medicine. While each Restore & Sound class follows the same intention of guiding you into deep rest through restorative yoga and sound, every practitioner brings their own experience, energy and way of holding space. Each sound healer also carries their own unique instruments, frequencies and style, making every class a little different. We encourage you to explore different teachers and discover the guidance that resonates most deeply with you. There is no single path to healing - only the one that feels right for you. Cancellation Policy
At The Tone Temple, each session, ceremony, and gathering is prepared with care, intention, and limited capacity. When you book a place, that space is held especially for you. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start time of an event or session are eligible for a full refund, or you may choose to transfer your booking to a future date (subject to availability). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. This includes group ceremonies, sound baths, moon circles, cacao ceremonies, and one-to-one sessions. Transfers: If you are unable to attend and give at least 48 hours’ notice, your booking may be transferred to another Tone Temple offering of equal value, where possible. Transfers requested within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed. Non-attendance: If you do not attend an event or session without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds within 48 hours are not guaranteed, we will always approach situations with compassion and fairness where we can. Why this policy exists: The Tone Temple is a small, intimate space with limited places available. Late cancellations often mean a space cannot be filled, and energy, preparation, and resources have already been committed. This policy helps ensure the sustainability of the Temple and allows us to continue offering well-held, high-quality experiences. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
