Less about perfect poses. More about feeling alive in your body. Somatic Flow is a playful, expressive movement class that blends elements of yoga, somatic practice, breathwork and intuitive movement into one uplifting experience. Set to a carefully curated, powerful soundtrack, this is your invitation to move beyond technique and into sensation- listening to your body, following your breath and rediscovering the joy of movement. Expect moments of flow, strength, release, creativity and freedom as you're guided through sequences designed to awaken your body from the inside out. There is no expectation to "get it right". Instead, this is a space to explore, move intuitively and build a deeper relationship with your own body and nervous system. Whether you're shaking off stress, reconnecting with your confidence or simply craving movement that feels joyful and liberating, Somatic Flow offers permission to move in the way your body has been asking for all along. At The Tone Temple, we believe every teacher carries their own unique medicine. Somatic Flow is an especially creative practice, meaning each teacher will bring their own music, personality, inspiration and style of facilitation. Some classes may feel grounding and earthy, others energising and expansive - but each one is designed to help you come home to yourself. We encourage you to explore different teachers and discover the guidance and movement style that resonates most deeply with you. Leave feeling lighter, freer and more connected to your body - not because you've mastered a sequence, but because you've remembered what it feels like to move as yourself.

Cancellation Policy
At The Tone Temple, each session, ceremony, and gathering is prepared with care, intention, and limited capacity. When you book a place, that space is held especially for you. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start time of an event or session are eligible for a full refund, or you may choose to transfer your booking to a future date (subject to availability). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. This includes group ceremonies, sound baths, moon circles, cacao ceremonies, and one-to-one sessions. Transfers: If you are unable to attend and give at least 48 hours’ notice, your booking may be transferred to another Tone Temple offering of equal value, where possible. Transfers requested within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed. Non-attendance: If you do not attend an event or session without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds within 48 hours are not guaranteed, we will always approach situations with compassion and fairness where we can. Why this policy exists: The Tone Temple is a small, intimate space with limited places available. Late cancellations often mean a space cannot be filled, and energy, preparation, and resources have already been committed. This policy helps ensure the sustainability of the Temple and allows us to continue offering well-held, high-quality experiences. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
