The Dawn Chorus is a gentle crystal sound bath designed to help you arrive fully into the day. Held in the soft light of morning, this midweek gathering offers a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect before the rhythm of the day unfolds.
Crystal singing bowls are played slowly and intuitively, allowing waves of sound and vibration to move through the body. The tones are spacious and luminous, creating an environment where the mind can soften, the breath deepens, and the nervous system begins to settle into balance.
