A candlelit space for deep rest and reset. The Crystal Sound Bath is The Tone Temple’s signature offering. A restful sound healing experience designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner balance. Our in-house crystal singing bowls are played slowly and intuitively, allowing sound and vibration to move gently through the body. The tones are sustained and spacious, creating an environment where the mind can soften and the body can settle into rest. This is a place to lie down, close the eyes, and do nothing at all. Over time, the breath deepens, mental chatter quiets, and a sense of inner spaciousness naturally unfolds. How crystal sound healing works: Crystal bowls are made from quartz and produce pure, resonant tones that interact directly with the body through vibration. Rather than working through thought or analysis, sound engages the nervous system, encouraging a shift from stress and alertness into rest and repair. Many people experience deep calm, emotional release, gentle imagery, or a feeling of clarity and coherence. Others simply feel deeply rested. There is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath. What to expect: You will be invited to lie down comfortably in a warm, candlelit space. The session is held at a slow pace, with plenty of space for integration and rest. There is no need to meditate, concentrate, or try to control the experience. All mats, blankets, cushions, and eye pillows are provided. You are welcome to arrive as you are. Who this is for: This offering is especially supportive if you are feeling... -stressed or overwhelmed -mentally busy or fatigued -emotionally full -in need of deep rest and recalibration For those new to sound baths: In simple terms: A deeply relaxing experience using crystal singing bowls to support rest, stress relief, and nervous system balance. You needn't bring anything along, just yourself and an open heart.

Cancellation Policy
At The Tone Temple, each session, ceremony, and gathering is prepared with care, intention, and limited capacity. When you book a place, that space is held especially for you. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start time of an event or session are eligible for a full refund, or you may choose to transfer your booking to a future date (subject to availability). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. This includes group ceremonies, sound baths, moon circles, cacao ceremonies, and one-to-one sessions. Transfers: If you are unable to attend and give at least 48 hours’ notice, your booking may be transferred to another Tone Temple offering of equal value, where possible. Transfers requested within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed. Non-attendance: If you do not attend an event or session without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds within 48 hours are not guaranteed, we will always approach situations with compassion and fairness where we can. Why this policy exists: The Tone Temple is a small, intimate space with limited places available. Late cancellations often mean a space cannot be filled, and energy, preparation, and resources have already been committed. This policy helps ensure the sustainability of the Temple and allows us to continue offering well-held, high-quality experiences. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
