Service Description
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on healing art that channels universal life energy to support balance, peace, and renewal. Rooted in the Japanese tradition, Reiki works beyond the physical body, touching the emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of being. With light touch or simply the presence of intention, Reiki encourages the body’s natural ability to heal, easing stress, softening tension, and restoring harmony to the flow of energy within. Many describe Reiki as a warm radiance, a sense of deep calm, or a wave of serenity moving through them. Each session is unique, offering a quiet space where the nervous system can rest, the heart can soften, and the spirit can realign with its natural vitality. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." A treatment feels like a loving radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results. Holy Fire® Reiki is a refined evolution of Reiki, introduced by William Lee Rand. It carries the gentle essence of traditional Reiki while adding a deeply purifying, powerful, and spiritually uplifting energy. Many describe it as a flame of divine love — not a fire that burns, but one that soothes, heals, and illuminates from within. This method works continuously, even after a session, to release layers of worry, fear, and past burdens, replacing them with a profound sense of peace, clarity, and empowerment. Holy Fire® Reiki is known for guiding people into higher states of consciousness, fostering self-healing, and opening the heart to a more authentic connection with Source. Unlike traditional attunements, Holy Fire® Reiki uses placements and ignitions, allowing the energy itself to be directly received and integrated, creating a lasting, ongoing relationship with the healing flame of life. Cancellation Policy
At The Tone Temple, each session, ceremony, and gathering is prepared with care, intention, and limited capacity. When you book a place, that space is held especially for you. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start time of an event or session are eligible for a full refund, or you may choose to transfer your booking to a future date (subject to availability). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. This includes group ceremonies, sound baths, moon circles, cacao ceremonies, and one-to-one sessions. Transfers: If you are unable to attend and give at least 48 hours’ notice, your booking may be transferred to another Tone Temple offering of equal value, where possible. Transfers requested within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed. Non-attendance: If you do not attend an event or session without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds within 48 hours are not guaranteed, we will always approach situations with compassion and fairness where we can. Why this policy exists: The Tone Temple is a small, intimate space with limited places available. Late cancellations often mean a space cannot be filled, and energy, preparation, and resources have already been committed. This policy helps ensure the sustainability of the Temple and allows us to continue offering well-held, high-quality experiences. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
