Sacred Breath is a deeply held breathwork ceremony designed to support release, regulation, and reconnection with the body’s innate wisdom. Breath is used here not as a technique to master, but as a living bridge — between body and emotion, sensation and stillness, surface awareness and deeper truth. Held by Sam from Emerge Breathwork We move gently from grounding and intention into guided breathwork, supported by sound, touch, and spacious integration. The emphasis is always on safety, consent, and listening to the body’s signals. The medicine of breath: Breath is our most immediate and intimate ally. It meets us exactly where we are, moment by moment. When given space and guidance, breath can help regulate the nervous system, soften held patterns, and allow stored emotion or tension to move through the body naturally. Rather than pushing for catharsis, Sacred Breath invites a gradual opening. Some experience emotional release or physical sensation, others feel deep calm, clarity, or a renewed sense of presence. All responses are welcome. The ceremony: Each Sacred Breath gathering includes: -grounding and arrival practices -intention-setting and gentle ritual -guided breathwork, paced and supported -sound woven throughout to support safety and integration -moments of rest, stillness, and reflection -Hands-on energy support may be offered during the ceremony, always with consent, to help the body feel supported and held. What to expect: This is a deeply embodied experience. You will be invited to lie down comfortably, close the eyes, and be guided through breath in a way that honours your personal capacity and boundaries. There is no pressure to push, release, or perform. You are always encouraged to rest, pause, or adapt the breath as needed. All mats, blankets, cushions, and eye pillows are provided. Who this is for: Sacred Breath is especially supportive if you are: - feeling emotionally stuck or overwhelmed - disconnected from your body - holding stress or tension you can’t quite name - seeking a grounded, trauma-aware breathwork experience For those new to breathwork: In simple terms: A guided breathwork ceremony designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence. Cancellation Policy
At The Tone Temple, each session, ceremony, and gathering is prepared with care, intention, and limited capacity. When you book a place, that space is held especially for you. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start time of an event or session are eligible for a full refund, or you may choose to transfer your booking to a future date (subject to availability). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. This includes group ceremonies, sound baths, moon circles, cacao ceremonies, and one-to-one sessions. Transfers: If you are unable to attend and give at least 48 hours’ notice, your booking may be transferred to another Tone Temple offering of equal value, where possible. Transfers requested within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed. Non-attendance: If you do not attend an event or session without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds within 48 hours are not guaranteed, we will always approach situations with compassion and fairness where we can. Why this policy exists: The Tone Temple is a small, intimate space with limited places available. Late cancellations often mean a space cannot be filled, and energy, preparation, and resources have already been committed. This policy helps ensure the sustainability of the Temple and allows us to continue offering well-held, high-quality experiences. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
